These terms govern your use of auspicely.com, a website operated by Gursat Software IT Solutions Private Limited (CIN U62013MH2025PTC445947), which trades as Stackbinary. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only. Use of the Auspicely product itself is governed by the agreement each client signs with Stackbinary, which includes service levels, data processing terms and intellectual property assignment.

What this site is

The site describes Auspicely, an AI sales CRM that Stackbinary builds and operates for clients, and lets you request a demonstration. It is not a self-service product, there is no account to create, and nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. A proposal, when we send one, sets out the actual terms of any engagement.

Demo requests

When you submit the demo form you confirm that the details are accurate, that you are contacting us on behalf of a business, and that you have read our privacy policy. We may decline a request at our discretion.

Product descriptions and compliance statements

Product descriptions on this site reflect Auspicely as deployed for clients and are kept current in good faith, but features are configured per client and may differ from what is described. Statements about security and compliance describe the infrastructure and controls available and the deployment options we offer. They are not a certification, and the specific controls, audits and agreements that apply to a client’s deployment are set out in that client’s contract.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design and code are owned by Gursat Software IT Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Auspicely and Stackbinary are trade names of that company. Third-party names on the site, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Claude, WhatsApp and others, are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Any other reproduction needs our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam through the demo form, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Stackbinary is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction, the company being incorporated in Maharashtra, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you hold where you live.
