What we collect
- Demo request form: your name, work email address, company, sales team size, and whatever you write in the message field. Providing this is your choice; without it we cannot arrange a demo.
- Technical data our hosting provider records when you load the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps. This is standard server logging and is used only for security and to keep the site running.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not run tracking pixels. If that changes we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To respond to your demo request and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. Basis: your consent when you submit the form, and the steps needed before entering a contract with you.
- To keep the website secure and available. Basis: our legitimate interest in running the service.
- To meet legal obligations, for example responding to a lawful request from a regulator.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use form submissions for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who receives it
- Stackbinary staff who handle sales enquiries, in India, the UAE and the United States.
- Service providers who act on our instructions: our hosting provider (Vercel) and the email provider that delivers form submissions to our inbox. They may process data outside your country. We rely on their standard contractual protections for such transfers.
- No one else, unless the law requires it or you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about Auspicely, and for up to 24 months after our last exchange so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To use any of these, email contact@stackbinary.io. We respond within the time the applicable law allows, and within 30 days in every case.
India: if you are not satisfied with our response you may raise a grievance with our grievance officer at contact@stackbinary.io, and after that with the Data Protection Board of India. Our registered office address is given above. EU and UK: you may complain to your national supervisory authority. UAE: you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
Form submissions travel over encrypted connections and land in a mailbox with access limited to the people who handle enquiries. We keep the amount of data we collect to what the purpose needs.
Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we use data already collected will be notified to the email address you gave us.
